John was one of the easiest, quickest, and most on top of everything attorneys that I have ever worked with. I was lucky enough to have been introduced by the seller of a property I was buying in Ilion, NY. I told him we needed to close sooner than the typical timeline for closing in the county, and he was more than accommodating. When I converted the deal into an assignment of contract, rather than buying it as a normal cash transaction as I had planned, he had no problem working with the new buyer and myself to get it to the finish line!
